Chitundu is a lion of many stories and well many birdsongs... No one really knows about his mysterious past but only that he is obsessive over creatures of wing. Many think he is of ill mind but the cream colored lion is too respectful and candid to prove that theory especially with his intelligence. Chitundu is also punctual, kind, and courageous but many tend to look past that whenever they brush tails or receive orders for the guards. Despite all that, he has learned to thrive off the cold shoulders and his curse with the help of all lions favorite sarcasm. Which often leads Chitundu to be spiteful and unpredictable with his words and actions when the changing happens at night. Yet he is never maniacal or manipulative about it and keeps his forlorn manifestations to himself rather than risking his pride mates the same fate he had somehow managed to earn himself.

History
A cub with a curse, and a curse that did him no good what so ever whenever he traveled place to place with his parents. It slowly started with creamy colored wings sprouting from his back at night when he was little, but as he grew a new bird based oddity would appear on him nightly and then disappear from him by dawn. Chitundu never knew about the curse that plagued him and how he had grasped it but he was taught that he either should stay hidden or to keep on moving.
And as Chitundu traveled the plains he stumbled upon a pride who was just as kind and accepting to those who were mysterious about their pasts and well he loved that. So sweet Chitundu decided to stay and train as a guardsmen to the best of his abilities before taking up the role which he loved despite having to take up night watches. Chitundu hated the night, especially as he took form into a kestrel hawk under the moonlight but when there was clouds or storm cast over head he was comfortable with spending time with the lions of the pride around him.

His parents that well he forgot about and well his tons of siblings and cousins, honestly ever since he was cursed but blessed with a new pride, he’s forgotten a lot his life.

Ah Kusafiri,the lion who he thought loved but ended up stealing his heart, slashing it, and stealing his kids and sending him away from them for all of eternity.

Chitundu had never known a more educated and gentle lioness in his life and he absolutely loves her to death.

His first litter Hadithi and Sura,His children,his sweet sweet children he wish he could see again but will never know what comes of them ever again.
