story

chose the law enforcement path willingly. not very strong but incredibly smart. 

around 110 lbs (varies depending on story)

he was abandoned and adopted out to a detective. he was essentially trained since then for the job. it is all he has ever known. 

in school he played clarinet. he considered going down a musical path, but was talked out of it by his father. he was very skilled. he regrets this sometimes.

he doesn't like the nickname nessie

(later in the story he is kidnapped and tortured which results in the end of his relationship with michigan and strain in his work life. also he develops anorexia. maybe he is able to pursue music or something. i haven't gotten there yet. maybe he dies. i'm not sure.)

personality

ness is often described as distant. he interacts well with others but he doesn't enjoy it unless he is getting something from it.

he likes to joke around. he's very sarcastic and sometimes rude

he likes physical touch when he's consented to it

he's usually organized and shows up on time. typa guy to use physical calenders.

when he gets overwhelmed he shuts down or reacts with anger. good at calming other people down but not himself really
