Fearghal is small for a dragon and struggles to fly long distances because of his badly developed wings. As a scientist/engineer, however, he's been able to work around that with his wing apparatus. He is part of a universe that belongs to my brother, and he is responsible for the creation of many synthetic dragons including Kronk and Slug. He's pretty sour and petty. He feels betrayed by life itself and everyone around him, and thus tends to lash out at most people. He regularly seeks intimate relationships, but struggles to keep them because of his general attitude. He especially loves to hate Torrgid, a heroic dragon who he seees as an idiot, head-in-the-clouds goody-two-shoes.
STORY
Before he was hatched, a dragon with future-sight informed his parents that he would grow up to be evil and dangerous. As a result, they dumped his egg in the cold snow, leaving him alone. Luckily, an old dragon named [tbd] took him in and watched over him until he hatched, stunted and with weak wings. The town, convinced of the foresight dragon's prediction, grew to hate the old dragon for his act of kindness, leading to several attempts on his and a young Fearghal's life. Eventually, [name] was killed and Fearghal was once again orphaned at the age of 11. His hatred of the town rose to greater hights than ever before and he decided that if they wanted a villain, they would get a villain.
Fearghal threw himself into engineering, managing to find a mentor outside of the town that was unaware of his plight. He worked studiously for years with the secret sole purpose of returning to his old town and making their lives hell. He also used his newfound skills to create a mechanical wing apparatus that would help him to fly.
He's still a very young dragon at the age of 21, but he's convinced because of his life that the world is a cruel place.
