^Personality
A seemingly suave and sly guy- Sahir is actually just overly friendly and his appearance tends to give people the wrong impression that makes people think hes flirting with them. Additionally. He is very. Very. stupid. So he does not realize.
But he only really flirts with his husband, Elliot. So theres no need to worry because Sahir is grossly in love with his husband.
Also a coward. 

^Biography
Simply a bird for the first part of his life, Sahir enjoyed his life well enough simply going around surviving. I guess. After a certain street musician witch catches his eye, Sahir forms a familiar contract with him and eventually they become more than witch and familiar. Married, the pair moves to MoonBright to settle in "where they continue to be disgustingly cheesy" [eon 2019]
