Wei Feng

Hydro adeptus, uses swords as weapons. 

A calm and serious adeptus. Wei Feng is very gentle to those that he serves, he does his tasks very delicately. There’s a certain sense of femininity and daintiness with the way he attacks and moves. He moves with a cat-like grace, somehow easily weaving through the complex environment with ease even in high heels. He uses water to create mist that can attack and confuse opponents. He doesn’t enjoy violence, and thus has adapted a more peaceful and soft fighting style. 

He‘s often found peacefully enjoying the quiet mountains of Liyue. Like most adepti, he continues to dutifully follow the orders of Rex Lapis, even after his death. He’s very traditional and continues to keep up with all the rituals the ancient gods and adepti have established. He enjoys nature a lot and likes to tend to fishes all across the Liyue mountains. 

Skill: Creates a string of water like a whip, can extend a long length of space. Opponents hit with the skill gain a moon sigil. The moon sigil will slowly disappear (from full moon to waning to no moon etc). When the sigil is placed on an opponent their hydro resistance is lowered and the chances of them taking crit dmg is higher. 

Ult: Creates a huge mist cloud that surrounds an aoe. Small opponents found within the cloud cannot escape out of it while the effect is in duration. It does hydro damage through time, one tick per second. The damage done to enemies with a full moon sigil is greater, the lesser the moon sigils the less bonus damage is added. 

DESIGN NOTES:

• Tail is optional (prefer him drawn without it tbh since it only shows up when he’s in a powerful state)
• Must always have his horns on
• Has a scroll case attached to his lower back, his hydro vision is on it as well 
• The sheath for his swords are there as well
• He has a beauty mark under his left eye
