ownership;
1. designs may be resold at whatever price / currency the current owner wishes to sell it at. however please do not intentionally mislead others on the original buy price of the design. it is not required to list the original price.
2. designs may be traded or gifted.
3. at no point will legally obtained designs be revoked.
changes;
1. designs may be revamped / edited in whatever way the current owner wishes. you are welcome to note / credit users responsible for the changes.
2. please do not edit my art directly.
commercial use;
1. character designs may be used commercially or for personal use.
2. my art may not be used commercially.
please note that i encourage you to follow closed species rules if applicable. (ex. if the cs rules are stricter/contradict my own)
