Rattigan

A mermaid who's also known as a Ratfish. He's actually got pale skin, he's just covered in algae so he looks green. Has a hook in his back tail fin and yellowing teeth. Eats anything he can get his teeth on, but doesn't actively hunt. Anything bigger than him he'll get intimidated, specifically other mermaids.
