Shantie's Ownership

These are the rules if you acquire a design/character of mine. Please do read, and follow them, or else it'll end up in a block and a spot on my blacklist. 
Neither of us want that.

You may redesign the design/character, resell them [as long as they have new artwork by you, or others], or trade them away if so wished. Do be warned though, if you're trading/reselling them without there being any new artwork by you or something of that ilk, I will ask for them back.

Although, you're under no obligation to send them back free of charge [if they weren't a freebie, that is]. If you'd like something in return, just let me know! 
As long as it's around, or the exact amount you traded for in the first place, then you may.

But don't try to ask for significantly more than what you traded me for.

This only applies for characters traded to you, but nothing extra has been added.

Finally, and most importantly, I ask that you don't claim ownership nor claim yourself as the creator, and don't delete the character(s) just to repost them. And/or to remove credit unless I give permission to do so. Don't delete characters I give to you in general unless you have a stated reason. You may hide them from the public and myself included if so wished. As long as they're not deleted then you're fine.

These rules only apply if I am the creator of the character, or if I redesigned them.
[To a certain extent. If majority of their art is of the design I created, or most of the art is mine, then same rules apply to if I were the creator from the get-go.]
If these are disobeyed, congrats! You've earned yourself a seat on my blacklist.
