Juniper

Once upon a time, Juniper was a small child's doll, eventually forgotten with time. Left out to elements of nature, a large portion of the left side of her body became sun-bleached and faded as weeks passed. A witch had happened upon her, immediately growing fond of such a cute toy, and set to work making Juniper her familiar. What was once a toy you could hold in your hands and hug, could now hug you back as Juniper was magically enhanced to be 6 times larger then her original size. 

Juniper is unable to speak, due to the fact that her mouth is sown on, and instead often plays charades with whom ever she's communicating with. This is, however, a bit of a game as she already knows ASL as well as the English language and how to write it. A black board and chalk are her main choice of communicating, but a piece of paper and pen will do in a pinch.

She is unable to feel anything tactically due to a lack of a nervous system (can't feel pain, pleasure, hot, cold, etc.), but is able to sense pressure to prevent accidental tearing and ripping of her cloth.

The majority of her body is stuffed with cotton, with the exception of her torso and belly being filled with plastic beads, therefore making her squishy. Due to the various bells attached to her body, she is never silent in her movements, making it impossible to sneak up on anyone, much to her dismay.

Design notes:

• Juniper's body is completely made out of fabric, cotton stuffing, and plastic beads, with the exception being her eyes and nose being plastic
• When shaken, Juniper's eyes have a googly eyed affect, causing her pupils to bounce around uncontrollably (which can make her dizzy)
• Juniper's nose honks when squeezed 
• A large portion of her left side is permanently sun bleached and faded
• Her mouth cannot open, only change shape
