Luminary's the leader of Flare, a new grassroots hero team in San Carlos. A late addition, he was selected to be the leader easily, due to his strong power and flair for social situations. His power lets him turn anything he touches into glass, crushing them effortlessly— while terrifyingly strong, he tries not to use it against people, fully knowing how it would turn out. Unfortunately, you can't always do what you want as a cape.
