Emaciated Moe

A Cannibal who's shirt is a gluttony demon, the shirt speaks to him, gives him commands, and can take over control of his body when he disobeys. 

Moe is effectively immortal, any harm that comes to him is quickly stitched back together. There has been several times where his body had to be repaired entirely, and the shirt has had to rebuild him based only on what the demon thinks a person is supposed to look like. Thus, Moe's appearance is only vaguely human at this point. A caricature of his former self.
