Orzo originally served in Passione as one of Diavolo's Elite Guard. Though he was never called into action against Bucciarti's team as the Boss took over the mission before he got the chance. However his loyalty is to the gang and his country so he stayed on as part of the Elite Guard when Giorno Giovanna took over as the new Mafioso.
