Other: Madison can be a fairly mysterious fellow. Although they live at the Refuge they are rarely seen by staff as they are fairly reclusive. Madison also rarely speaks, mostly communicating with body language, even in human form. They often use their dragon form when alone or with a single person as they feel more comfortable using it, and have an easier time communicating to others as well since they don't speak much anyway. Their origin is unknown to others but they arrived as a child outside one of the Refuge's facilities as a child. It appears the USBAC has no knowledge of Madison's existence and many have suspected that they came from an organization in Britain.
Madison's usual outfit in a dark blue bathrobe over a red long-sleeved shirt and black trousers. They don't wear shoes.
