Browlet

Blair was a quiet and well behaved browlet. Shocking! He always had a natural draw to strange things, which his family humored as fun little stories while his imagination formed.

Fledgling

His family immediately STOPPED humoring his hobbies when they experienced something strange themselves. It all got a bit too real for them. Blair hid his only camera and promised to stop talking about paranormal happenings. He, of course, didn't stop. He just merely stopped talking about it all to his family. They were none the wiser and seemed eager to ignore anything else strange that happened.

Young Adult | Current

Going off of the experiences he'd had when he was younger, Blair took to documenting all of the strange encounters people had. He photographed, recorded, investigated, joined podcasts and went to conferences on the topic until it all but consumed his life. Luckily for him he was able to also turn it into a way to make money. He's not a wealthy bird, but he gets enough ad revenue to keep his goals and passions alive.

Aspects

• Speech: His grip on speech magic sometimes comes in handy for calming people down if they're scared, or for helping coax out information he needs. Other than that he finds the aspect disingenuous and avoids using it too often.
• Arcane: As for his arcane aspect, he isn't quite sure how to use it yet! He knows it's there but he hasn't found a practical use for it.
• Synchrony: Blair isn't quite sure how his aspects help him day to day in tandem. He knows what he has, but he very rarely finds himself leaning on his abilities or practicing honing them.

• Blair has a large collection of cameras spanning decades. He does his best to restore them if they no longer work.
• He's fairly certain he's been possessed before, but it's a fact he tries to ignore lest it happen again and in a more dangerous setting.
• Despite his love for the paranormal he is still terrified of it. He puts on a brave face for the pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
• Strange events and hauntings seem to follow Blair wherever he goes.
• When the bird sleeps he tends to have nightmares, so he often keeps himself awake as long as he can. He loves coffee and energy drinks.
