Personalty n stuff: Jay is coldhearted and has little care for others. The most emotion or passion she expresses around others is her extreme loyalty to her peers and her irritability/annoyance at her suborninates and those around her. She is on occasion confrontational with others and develops grudges with those given more praise or attention than her. She follows orders precisely and will not accept failure, if a subordinate beneath her fails an assignment she will punish them severely. 

Other: One of the primary agents at the USBAC. She is assigned to the DMU at main headquarters, which is where she handles dragons and half-dragons the most. She is also used as special security when not on assignment. She is often used to capture or subdue high priority targets/assets due to her reliability and skill. She has a rivalry with Cody and often will insult him when he succeeds, which is the extent of her confrontation. Her loyalty to the organization is very prized by her superiors, and she is considered one of the most reliable persons in her unit.
