Eldridge Covington

Son of Gail and Keoki, he never met his father and was raised by his mother. Constantly shut out by his grandfather,Roderick for being an accident, he had a hard life. His mother did everything to convince him he was good, that she loved him and she didn't regret him,but he had a hard time believing he wasn't just a mistake. His grandfather studied monsters,and his mother did the same- though she travelled more and was more adventurous, she was also more often in more dangerous situations than her father. Little Eldridge changed that, she had to rely on her father once again to help her with a child she never meant to have. 

This left Eldrige with a terrible feeling of being unwanted, and he spent much of his youth battling depressive states. Like his mother when she was younger, he feels often like he's not good at anything or of use to anyone..like her, he needs to find his place.
