Penny always keeps a good attitude no matter what the circumstances! Being an Unknown Chimereon, her body composition is a bit different. She works in waste disposal and cleans up biological matter using her body. Her funky rainbow slime is proficient in digesting and rapidly disintegrating anything that's biodegradable. She's Radia's co-worker and she often makes a lot of conversation with Radia, playfully giving her more taciturn co-worker plenty of stories to listen to.
