Who is Moot?
Moot is an irken a fair bit older than Zim. She was working as an Irken scientist during Almighty Tallest Miyuki’s reign - and as you can probably tell from her styled antennae, she was a very big fan. Like, had a giant lesbian lady crush fan.
She had done a lot well before Zim was even hatched, and it was just before HORRIBLE PAINFUL OVERLOAD DAY that she was experimenting with herself.
Two PAKs?
Only her original PAK, the one on top, has “Moot” inside of it. Wanting to have more processing power, more tools, and more PAK legs, she tested, constructed and installed a unique secondary PAK. It can be removed, destroyed, etc with no ill effects on her whatsoever. This only really worked out for her because she was tall enough for it to function, and thus had more privilege to eat more snacks. If she doesn’t have enough energy then the secondary PAK automatically shuts off.
Avenging Miyuki’s Death is her sole motivation
She was there when the Infinite Energy Absorbing Blob attacked and devoured Miyuki. She wasn’t in the room and thus survived, without knowing who had created that blob. Her mission from that point was to stop the Infinite Energy Absorbing Blob before it devoured the known universe, all in Miyuki’s name. She secretly does not respect Spork, Red or Purple… she does not consider them her Tallest. Though she keeps it to herself, since rocking the boat will keep her from stopping the Blob, and since no one else seems to give a shit, she can’t handicap herself.
After the events of The Trial, she could funnel the helplessness and hatred she’d been harboring over Miyuki’s death onto a single Irken and she has sworn that, should she survive destroying the Infinite Energy Absorbing Blob, she will personally tear Zim limb from limb. It’s about 50/50 whether she succeeds in her mission in fighting the Blob, a lot of “worlds” she recruits the likes of Professor Membrane and similarly talented scientists from all over the universe to fight it.
There are literally no universes where she manages to defeat Zim or make him pay in any way for what he did to Miyuki.
Her most defining features:
She always styles her antennae to resemble Miyuki’s, and she likes baggy comfortable clothes. Especially turtlenecks.
Her personality, in short:
She harbors a lot of frustration, hurt and anger, but most of the time she’s calm, might be a little mean with her dry humor jabs at people, and is a decent leader. Most Irkens attribute that last trait to her height, of course.
She also becomes a soft, emotionally gooey mess when she sees a pretty lady of any sapient species. But she is a little bit of a disaster with love, since she isn’t good at balancing her mission and paying her partner proper attention, and she is just absolutely terrible at communicating. Her longest relationship lasted four months and that’s it.
