Kind Auntie Roe.

A strong and free spirit, there is little that Roe lets hold her down, not even her miserable childhood spent as an outcast. Instead, she's decided to grow from the experiences she had and is strongly driven to help out other toskals and bring herself as a positive influence into their lives.
She absolutely loves helping others, making them feel good about themselves, and helping out with troubled youths, especially those 'burdened' by 'unsightly' appearences and mutations.
A little bit day-dreamy. Gets lost in what she's doing, especially when she's just out in nature/gardening/enjoying the scenery.
