He's one of the "oldest" and sweetest OCs I've created for sure! XD And another addition to my Twili headcanons.
Xokurr has a golden heart and will always come to the rescue with useful advices or memorable stories if people need it. As Great Archivist, he is part of the Twili Court and is the "guardian" of the Royal Archives (which holds pretty much all the recorded knowledge and history of the Twili kind). Therefore, people often come to him when they seek guidance, no matter if scholar, royalty or citizen.
The Great Archivist also acts as arbitrator in pretty much all the magic debates taking place in the Hall of Sages, since he's in charge for recording and keep track of the Twili discoveries and speeches with his assistants. However, he rarely takes part in politics, leaving it to the younger generation.
