Scarlet Grew up knowing nothing but a life of crime, she was arrested multiple times but then on paid bail each time.
Scarlet is a very easily agitated woman, she does not like to be around others and prefers to do things her own way, however her boss treats her like a sister and has bodyguards follow her, which gets on her nerves.
She also has a very itchy trigger finger.
She's part of the Seraphs, which are one of the biggest and most influential gangs in the country, even being able to manipulate the government.
She got into a gunfight with a kingpin, and in a desperate attempt to flee in her car, she ran head first into a guardrail and the car flipped, she lost her arm that day, and it was replaced with what you see now.
