"Oh, welcome! I’m Kasimira. That’s kind of long, so you can call me C...or big sis! How about it?" 

High wizard of the Astrian Court. Despite appearing gentle and easygoing, she manages her duties with an iron fist. She tends to butt her way into managing Azrael and Tiamo’s health and wellbeing, even if she isn’t strictly a physician. 

• People who work or study under her have a high turnover rate due to the pressure of her high expectations. She expects nothing less than perfection, all the time, and likes to micromanage.
• Taking care of Azrael, Desimond, and Tiamo is her hobby. If she doesn’t see them at least once every two or three days she gets antsy and will seek them out to verify their condition with her own eyes.
• Having unofficially adopted Azrael, it's natural her attention would gravitate toward his younger brother Desimond too. She mother hens him even more than Azrael and is very protective of his bright innocence.
