She's a strong independant woman and teacher at the Hero High school for young super heroes.

She is head over heels for her colleague and romantic partner Profrena

Superpowers : She can create and control a dark energy that cancels other people's power with physical contact. It also has a repulsive force on matter.
Drawback : an intense use of her power makes her slowly loose her sight
Mask : On top of preserving her secret identity, her mask contains a special technology that slows down the effects of her drawback. It's very precious to her and her arch nemesis keeps trying to steal it...
