Teelia's Observatory:

Teelia is a traveler in her create phase. Unlike most of her fellow creators, Teelia's world is completely white as she thinks of what to make, travelling to different worlds to receive advice and inspiration from those who are willing to help. When taking more time to learn about worlds and assist building upon them instead of making her own, an additional plane created by Sam was attached to her world to control the amount of time she was outside hers.

Persistent on dedicating her time on learning more, Teelia tries to use her two hour limit to the fullest to hone her skills by assisting others in their work. This sometimes angers Sam, and Teelia will get kicked out of a world early and lose the progress she made on it. Because of this, she tries to save and go back to her own world in fifteen minute intervals to be able to save her work and apply it to her own world, as planned.

Despite being encouraged to finally create in her own world, the repeated instances of losing work takes its toll on Teelia at times. Her staff of choice is a paint brush with her preferred colors of cyan and orange usually on the bristles. Her tome is a palette with either a spectrum of colors from cyan to orange, or a bold palette of white, black, cyan, orange, and cream. She will paint weapons such as blasters and swords depending what's most fitting for the world she's in, and uses her palette as a shield in urgent combat, as well as the end of her handle to stun her opponents so she can get away and later take the offense.
