A Nøkken who falls in love with his victims. (he/him)

alright time for the specific stuff:

A Nøkken is a nordic spirit, a shapeshifter who stays in the water of a pond or lake. They usually take the form of a handsome man. By playing a violin, or sometimes a harp in tales from sweden, they draw humans (particularly young men, women,and children) into the water toward them and drown them.

Lukas, however, is a bit of an idiot. He's lovesick, and very lonely, so he ends up falling in love with his victims. He's had a few partners where he abstains from talking or playing his violin anywhere around them to keep them safe, and it worked--until the human couldn't take it or Lukas couldn't resist. If it wasn't that, it was an ever-increasing desire for him to return to the water that the human just couldn't satisfy. He's very touch-starved, even though he knows that's silly. 

he's not helpless, though. nøkken have death counts in the hundreds.

Lukas is norweigan, and speaks english with an accent as well as norweigan, obviously. He tends to dress heavily considering the cold climate of where he lives.
