Quincy is a WW1 veteran in the 1920's, who saw an eldirch horror in his time in the war. A quiet man, he's rather stoic and intimidating. He's worked in the criminal world for years doing odd jobs, from being a bodyguard to rum running to performing hits. He has a disfiguring scar from the war that is sensitive about, though pointing it out will often just get met with a punch from a very irritated Quincy. He's easily flustered when people come onto him, used to being the one to initiate such things.
