Axel is has the air of an old rock star and a musical villian all rolled into one. He is vain, overconfident, and very capable. He loves people's admiration for him, almost as much as he loves himself. He's a bounty hunter by trade with loyalty to no one, only to whoever pays the most. A cult of personality with a natural charisma. He seems a little vacuous to a bystander, but is quite sharp and manages to stay one step ahead of most prey.
