Elica (Ragnarök Online)

Elica (also goes by Ellie) is a Begetter working for Schwarzvald Republic Army as a researcher and pharmacist. She runs the apothecary, and occasionally lends a hand in the clinic when Merle is not present. Her potent elixirs are notorious for doing wonders to ailments yet having a foul flavor that lingers for days.

Elica is a bright woman who is particularly interested in biochemistry and alchemy. She is gregarious, kind, and has a childlike enthusiasm, especially when she discovers something new. She adores children. Lan and Sol practically never leave her side even when she is working.

She was friends with Rosemary, whom she met through her husband, and gets along very well. She sought to treat Rosemary's condition by making potions and medications for her. Elica's remedies did reduce some of her symptoms. Sadly, they weren't enough to prevent her death.

Almost everyone in the army knows to seek her when they need medication for anything, and she will happily provide if she was able to. She have been offered the position of head pharmacist which she respectfully declined, as she appreciates having direct contact with her patients.

Although she has spent a considerable amount of time in the army, nothing is known about her life prior to enlisting. Despite the fact that she rarely goes into detail and frequently changes the topic when questioned, she occasionally makes remarks that imply she has lived for a very long time.

Alsvidr is the name she gave to the Bayeri that her Filir mutated into. The homunculus is exceedingly nimble, in keeping with its Filir origin. She rarely ventures onto the battlefield, but when she does, she always accompanied by her childhood friend and partner, Luc.

• Likes river lily, ice cream sandwich, hot chocolate, socializing.
• Dislikes loud noises, being alone.
• One of her well kept invention, called Black Star, is a viscous black-oily liquid that were potent against nearly all illness, even can prevent death. However using this potion to cheat death comes with heavy consequences. Elica had offered the potion to Rosemary but she turned it down as it goes against her beliefs.
• She doesn't reveal the existence of Black Star to anyone, but only to Luc and very few people that she trust.
