◉ Payment is through Paypal invoice in USD only.

◉ I'll only send the files for the adopt once I've confirmed the payment.

◉ No refunds will be given, so only make an offer on an adopt if you really have money to pay for it.

◉ I have the right to display the finished adopt (with the watermarks) on deviantart and/or other websites, unless there has been a prior agreement about that. (If you don't want me to have it post anywhere just let me know and I'll take it down)

◉ After paying for the adopt you can claim this character as yours, change the design, give it name personality, outfits, but you can't claim the design or the artwork to be yours.

◉ After paying for the adopt, you have the right to upload the adopt in any site or place, at any resolution you want BUT YOU NEED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN AND ART.

◉ After buying the adopt, you may gif it, trade with other people, or sell it. 

Extra rules for auctions

◉ Don't edit your comment. (your bid will be ignored and you'll be automatically on blacklist)

◉ When the winner is announced, you must pay within 1-2 days.

If you don't respond after 48 hours of winning the auction, I will automatically move to the next highest bidder. So, please check your inbox.

Extra Rules for custom adopts

◉ I'll only start on the adopt after confirming the full payment.

◉ I will send you a stash folder where I'll upload WIPs of each process, so you can check that for updates.

◆ You may resell the adoptable or design for whatever price you see fit, whether that be less or more than it was bought for.
◆ You may add on the worth of artwork and physical products when selling a design from me.
◆ You may make the design into a fursuit, plush or other physical product and sell it.
◆ You may make edits, species changes, color changes etc to an adoptable or design.
◆ You may have another artist edit my artwork to change the character's design.
◆ You may co-own the design with someone else, but I do not keep track of this. However, payment must come in full from one source, not divided payments between the co-owners.
◆ You may resell a design by me you got in a trade that did not include a monetary value, for money.
◆ Essentially, you may do anything you want with a design by me. Once you own it, it is yours. I can't control what you do with it.
◆ I only request that you always credit me as the original designer if you resell, change, edit, or make the design into a physical item.

Please be wary of anyone selling a design by me that has an 'unsold' watermark on it and they cannot provide the unwatermarked file. If you are someone who bought an adopt from me and lost the unwatermarked/high resolution file, please message me with proof of purchase and I can provide the file to you.
Please be wary of scams and people selling high profile adoptable designs by me.
I am not responsible for your loss of money if you happen to buy one of my designs from a scammer who does not actually own said design.
