Seo-hyeon is more known as the girl who longboards around Arcadia in the morning and mid-day. She’s fairly popular on the internet in general, but not by name and only by the video of her longboarding through the city. Other than longboarding, Seo-hyeon owns a small YouTube channel as a beauty guru. She has an estimate of 100 subscribers, and goes under the username ‘baeseo’. She has other social media, more importantly, an Instagram with around 50 followers that shows off her everyday life than her hobbies. She attends Arcadia University, majoring in business.
Pact is a superhero who has recently been active in Arcadia City for one and a half years, she is accounted to be on the team called the Astrals. Her powers come from a verbal agreement, currently hidden from the public to keep her powers a secret from villains. She isn’t fit for combat, thus requiring for her to not go alone in going against villains.
Pact is more known as the backup, never in the direct spotlight. She has been recently involved in a conflict that was recently in the city. She was one of the superheroes that helped the downfall of a major villain, and the public is highly grateful for their contributions. Pact heavily deals with the aftermath of a criminal or villain, typically working with the police afterward. Thanks to her presence, the crime rate in the city has gone down.
