Jessie Waddlebottom is a smart, spry, spunky young Toon who's ready to take the world head on! After wanting to visit her cousin Kelsey at her home in Toontown for years, she nearly burst with joy the day she found out she was going to be moving in with her.
Jessie's excitement for life in her new home was recognized by the Toon Council immediately. Armed with a cheerful smile and her trusty Joybuzzer, she now busts Cogs as an official member of Toontown's Welcoming Committee; helping new Toons practice their Gags and making tons of new friends. Toon HQ has been keeping an extra special eye on her, as requested, and they say that she's "got enough Silliness in her Heart to power an entire Playground." Aside from that, she uses her creative skills to craft handmade toys just like her dear old Dad taught her.
She's currently helping make the streets of Toontown a safer, sillier place.
