Kaspar is an agent for the Psychonauts as well as an instructor and coordinator for the intern program. He is a serious man who runs on a constant supply of black coffee, notorious for handing out detentions and demerits like they were candy, and despises anything that makes it difficult for his students to learn. For as much of a hardass as Kaspar seems, with his often harsh criticisms, his intent is as gentle as cotton.
