Personality;
Desoriah is an easy-going, gentle sort of spirit with a soft playfulness about him that easily attracts others. He hangs around in Uerhandria's oasis, tempting people away from their work to come play or chat with him, or to tell him stories--about travels, or fairy tales, or anything really. He loves the sun, shiny, golden things, and watching people dance.
Bio;
He actually lives in the aquatic city just off the southern desert, but prefers to spend most of his time in the oasis of the nearby city where he can interact with the land dwellers while enjoying the sun. It is not uncommon for other water folk to visit the oasis to interact with the city's people or do trade, but Desoriah likes visiting there more than most. He's gained the nickname 'oasis siren' for always hanging around there and trying to distract and persuade nearby people to come over and keep him company.
Smol side note on purrmaids in my world;
In my setting, most of my purrmaids will reside in an underground water system running along the mountain range through the center of my continent. There are aquatic 'cities' scattered along the way, and it is possible to traverse between them. It is a very long trek(swim??) between cities, though, so not often taken.
