Fusion of Aquamarine and Bismuth.
The duo met on a planet in the early stages of being colonized by Blue Diamond when they both bumped into each other trying to find somewhere to slack off work. They began meeting to blow off steam about their roles in the colony and the hierarchy in general. This eventually lead to them fusing for the sheer taboo thrill of it, but then realized that they both loved how it felt to be Tanzanite.
Tanzanite realized that with her combined power and audacity she didn't have to let anyone boss her around anymore, so she carefully planned an escape off the colony, stole a ship, and became a space pirate.
