He used to live in the streets of heaven and had to defend himself back before he was adopted. All he had to defend himself was his hair, which he could turn into thorny vines, and a scalpel. He was completely alone and dirty, and constantly looked down upon and insulted. he didnt know why he was even here, why did he go to heaven? Surely if hes so looked down upon he had to have been a horrible person. He couldn’t remember anything from his past life, however.

Eventually, they were found by a wealthy looking angel with a radiant smile. They were very nice to him and took him in. They kept reassuring Rex, telling him he was wonderful, he had talent, He was skillful, of course people will like him! And no matter what anyone says, nobody should break his confidence!

Rex ended up getting more than a little spoiled, which made some other angels that were taken in jealous. They started having a happy outlook on life and being more confident! However the happy outlook kind of turned into blindness and ignorance.

Unfortunately 300 years later, Rex's caretaker ended up getting killed by some angels that seemed to work for God. Rex unfortunately saw it happen, and managed to hear their last words. They told them to please not be sad, their smile is the best thing about them, and to never let anyone take it away from them. Rex tried their hardest to smile one last time for them while choking down tears.

Eventually, Rex’s siblings ended up kicking him out, saying there was “not enough room for everyone “ but they could still take their card since the wealth was for the whole family. The siblings didn't want them to Die or anything. And so he left, only to fall directly into the sights of a then bounty hunter, now assassin and closest friend.

Currently they live comfortably in a closet at the manor (they even somehow managed to sneak in a TV and a bed in) and travel through the vents, trying to become friends with the really neat demons that live in this humble little abode.
