adopted into a young corvus' family, the two grew up together, and corvus taught him about robots.
as he grew up, masahiro decided to take those robots and help the people, all while making money.
became rich and decided he wanted to start the world over, sends a virus out to his robots to make them 'zombies' that kill people and infect other robots.

corvus is his brother even tho masahiro was adopted, and also sort of the reason corvus is dead. they had a tense relationship and did not speak before they both died
jiro kills him. before then, he had no knowledge of jiro's existence
haven is his wife. somewhat of a loveless marriage. masahiro really just wanted an heir.
katsu is his heir. he doesn't get much time with her before he dies.
doesn't know ivory as ivory, only has one of the robots he created.
