There's a lot to say about Skylar, but if there's anything you should know it's that she's bubbly and understanding. Of course she's also decisive, energetic and courteous, but they're tainted by and mixed with habits of being childish as well. Her understanding nature though, this is what she's often admired for. Oftentimes people will count on this and her helping hand whenever they need cheering up.
