abaddon

abaddon is, at his core, a coward. he's small, and snively, and he knows he has the best chance at surviving if he ties himself to whoever's strongest; as such, he's always trying to stay on the good side of the most powerful corrupted fauns in the woods. in general corrupted faunids are a feral and lawless "society" - if you can even call it that - and it's every stag for himself. abaddon has learned this himself, the hard way, on multiple occasions. he's a yes man. he'll support you endlessly, hunt for you and steal for you and kill for you, until someone he sees as having a better chance at thriving comes along - and then he'll stab you in the back to join them.

he was sweet, once upon a time. not innocent, never that, but sweet. a little weird, a little different, more drawn to things of "science" than other fauns and ousted because of it. while others were happy to know that herne created them and guided them, abaddon was intrigued by the idea of the world that came before and what lead to its collapse. he thought that maybe, just maybe, some things used by the strange and alien "homo sapien" race could be implemented now to better faunid society. when he was spurned for this, the "leader" of the corrupt "community," fenris, came to him promising him people who would believe him, if he'd only just listen to what he had to say.

abaddon was too human for his own good, and fell as a result.
