Public enemy no.1 for the academy of monster hunters, this pesky dragon frequently intervenes and disrupts hunts, freeing and saving the target monster.

He is considered violent and a menace to humanity, and is claimed to have a kill count in the hundreds, yet... No one has ever seen him take another's life. The final blood in a long line of ancient dragons, his parents were killed, which before then, was thought to be impossible due to the divine blood dragons possess. 

He is unable to truly control his fire, yet his fire does not burn, it illuminates and cultivates growth, its negative element being that it acts as a nasty paralytic agent, though this makes escapes for him easy. 

His human form is rather diminutive, only serving to be about 5'9, though his dragon form is large enough to encompass an entire modern city.
