... well, no.
Balthier is rather gentlemanly for a kun-kun - which doesn't mean that he isn't fond of mischief as well. Rather, his variety of mischief involves clever wordplay, beguiling, and sneaky thieving. Still, Balthier is quite honorable and rather gallant... as well as extremely careful about his appearance and mess-a-phobic. One might say poncy. But we love him anyway.
