Age: 8 or 9 (Physically and Mentally over 18, Beta's age is slightly accelerated due to gene-manipulation.)
Height: 5' 4" (5' 7" to the tips of her ears)
Weight: 163 lbs (though she weighed much less before having kids)

Personality
To those who don't really know her, Beta tends to be abrasive, rude, and often uses very crude language. Because of this she often comes off as unfriendly, which is exactly what she intends. She tends to not like people much. With effort and/or persistence and assuming nothing is done to annoy her, she will get tired of being cranky and relax/act more natural. She doesn't handle large groups well and is more likely to shut down, therefore she's better approach one on one. Once befriended she is a rather loyal if not bizarre companion.
Despite her anti-social behavior and her tendency to enjoy her alone time, she does have some odd behaviors that draw her to her friends and in some instances strangers. She often likes to sleep on top of her mate or friends with her ear rested against their chest as she likes the sound of heart beats. Aside from relaxing her, it also tends to help her maintain a longer and more restful sleep.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
Beta has little to no formal education. In spite of this, she should not be considered dumb or stupid, just ignorant as in reality she is quite intelligent and will learn things that aren't too complicated without too much effort. Complex topics will tend to go right over her head unless it's broken down into a simpler way for her to understand. When found by Selph she was completely illiterate, but was taught by her how to read and has advanced her ability to read rather quickly. Unfortunately, she has little interest in learning (and is beyond having child-like curiosity) and as a result she often won't put in the effort to learn something new unless it genuinely interests her in some manner. Despite the lack of proper education and her navietae, Beta has a surprising amount of common sense and even seems to have her own form of 'Beta-Logic' which tends to oversimplify things, but often comes close to the reality than one might expect.
Beta can pick simple locks, an old trick she learned from years of captivity. She is also really good at sharpening knives and other bladed weapons and is an accurate knife-thrower.
Spoken Languages: Gutter English, German (Partial, she can understand some of it, she doesn't really speak it)

Hobbies
Beta often spends her idle time sleeping or napping when she can. When she's not doing that she might be playing with her twins or playing hand held games or occasionally board games with other people. Beta also has a personal journal she keeps and uses to scrawl and write in when her head is feeling too disorganized and muddled. She doesn't like people looking in it. Even if it one does look in it, one will not gain much insight into whats written as it is often a word salad or scribbled non-sense. Though the pictures drawn in it can give some insight to her mind.
