Galileo Kodarki

a big old grump who is softening with age. leo is unwaveringly loyal and likes to have a purpose in life. with a military background he has a lot of battle knowledge. He goes by the names of Galileo, Leo, Kodarki, General Kodarki and Commander Kodarki. he has a swallow familiar named Kerauno.

General Kodarki may come across as a grunting mass of moody, but he is truly a gentleman at heart, though his upbringing may suggest otherwise. Born as the third child, he didn't know the pressure of being the eldest nor the freedom of being the youngest. He was very much stuck in the middle of everything, swinging one way and then the other like a pendulum clock, trying to please everyone. This has made him very willing to please, to which he has carried it into adulthood. Though he has the capabilities of a leader, he prefers to do things for himself and for other people, as it had been the way he was brought up and had been reformed. Kodarki is a hard worker, believing that the only way to achieve something is to try your best at it and practice until you feel like giving up. Unfortunately for Kodarki, he no longer has anything to be humble about, but the stallion is exactly that when congratulated. He is quick to praise others who he feels deserve it, which adds to his good leadership skills. However the fact that he is loyal and respecting gives him a suppleness that many of the other generals did not have -- it allowed him to be controlled, whilst still being in control. One could describe him as a double edged sword, however, as the fact that he is a shamed general makes him quiet and he prefers to keep his thoughts to himself nowadays. It has almost hardened his once soft exterior; but then again, a man who has seen war like he has must become hard in the heart.

Previous To Elysium ★ He is born to Margo and Bagheera, the latter being a war hero and very well known throughout the lands. They live a wealthy lifestyle, as Bagheera earned the title of Lord when he came back from war. ★ At a young age, Kodarki is pressured to be like his father and to become a war hero. His older brother Klaus, who he was close to, was also being pressured by his parents, as he would be the one to inherit the lands and their father's title. ★ Kodarki's second eldest brother Reuben is sent off to war. Klaus becomes ill, and the doctors try to convince their parents that it is the stress of being the eldest. ★ Kodarki's younger sister Lynx is born. ★ When he becomes a yearling, he is sent off to war, and only then does he learn that Reuben has been killed in battle. ★ Kodarki's skill is clear, and he quickly ascends through the ranks until he becomes a general. ★ Gains control over the 42nd platoon, all of whom quickly become known as one of the greatest platoons in history. ★ He receives word of his eldest brother's death. Blinded by rage and sadness, he takes his platoon on an almost suicidal mission. He is the only survivor and instead taken prisoner. ★ As a prisoner, he learns more about himself than he ever has done. He is imprisoned till the end of the war, where he is then sent back to be put on trial for the death of the 43nd platoon members. ★ Kodarki is found guilty and sentenced to death. His younger sister Lynx helps him escape, but has to stay behind as she is now the only child of Margo and Bagheera fit to inherit the titles. ★ After drinking himself almost to death, he hears word of a great leader in Elysium. First Time In Elysium ★ Kodarki arrives in Elysium during the first year and seeks out Syrilith. ★ He meets Syrilth and swears himself to her. ★ Becomes a knight of Lyrus. ★ When Syrilth disappears, Kodarki steps down from his role and leaves the herd. ★ Upon Syrilth's return, Kodarki swears that should she ever take back the throne, he will stand behind her. Return To Elysium (Part One) ★ Returns to Elysium to find the new leader of Lyrus, Ursa. ★ Begins a short lived romance with her. ★ Is invited to be part of the queen's guard. ★ Ursa turns to darkness and Kodarki and her part ways. He fades into the background of public life. Return to Elysium (Part Two)  ★ Though he hadn't technically 'left' Elysium, Kodarki has been away from both Lyrus and the Red Waste wandering the rest of Elysium. ★ When he hears the news of the return of Syrilth, he finds her and swears allegiance to her, once more assuming his previous position of knight. ★ He begins training many of the members of the herd, specifically Luvena. ★ Upon meeting the pretty chestnut mare Eo, he promises to help her learn how to fight. ★ He has a one night stand with his platonic lover Syrilth. ★ Hosts a meeting with the knights of Lyrus. ★ Darsith is born
