Notes In the event of either death of creator (me) or any other life-altering event

In the case that I die and Bluebell is not sold, given away, or handed off to somebody else beforehand, the character will become permanent public domain, belonging to anybody who wants to use her. Incidents where this would occur include suicide or accidental death. Any previous rules applied to bluebell will be removed in this event as nobody would be able to enforce them.
