Jacques Kadavre

Jacques is a kenku that takes after a raven, he has a splotch of white feathers on his face above his beak and yellow eyes. He always wears a plague doctor garb and mask, however, and insists he is a normal human man.

Jacques can be strange and difficult to get used to. He speaks by echoing other people's voices, and finds peoples' reactions to this hilarious. He has a somewhat dark sense of humor which makes his bedside manner sort of atrocious.  He genuinely wants to help though, and is full of righteous fury when he views the strong and powerful abusing those lesser than him. Jacques was born in Dustbell in a brothel to a kenku woman named Magdalane. He never met his father, Quorlinn, but resents that he'd leave his mother to live in poverty. Jacques doesn't have formal training as a doctor, but he picked up a lot of stuff, and works underground to help people unable to get traditional care. He is somewhat of an anarchist, believing that the powers that be are forcing people into unsavory situations. He has a clinic based in Summervale's monster hunting guild, where he helps whoever comes in, no questions asked.
