Mavis believes that the world was made for beautiful things, and that his purpose in life is to create more beauty to fill it. He is incredibly skilled as a mage, coming from a long line of magic, but he refuses to use his skills against another person in a harmful manner even at the detriment to his own safety as he feels it only adds hatred and despair in the world, which is something he abhors.
He is very kind and soft-spoken, never speaking ill of another person no matter who they may be. He will gladly help others if provided an opportunity to. One of his favorite pastimes is entertaining others with magic filled shows of light and illusion.
