Tay is a young hearted and kind spirited individual, but that by no means he's a softie through and through. He will fight tooth and nail himself or anything he deems important, even if to everyone else it seems silly. What he lacks in social skills and normal behavior he makes up in intelligence and level headedness, often indulging in information he puts to use one way or another or shares. He's a quite one as well, rarely speaking as for many years he didn't do so, and has a bad habit of lurking around in the shadows on his own. He's also quite skittish and is known to run over anything else if possible. He also harbors anger issues deem in him, possibly from his bloodline or even his past. Regardless, he has a habit or getting worked up fast if pushed and has a hard time coming back down on his own.
History
- was kidnapped when very young and seen as a 'sin', kept as a 'judge' and spent a good majority of his life fighting people who has committed crimes in the community and their sentence was death. Despite his more docile nature he was treated rather cruelly and barely as a person. It was here he was named as far as he knows, also just went by the name 'the executioner'.
- After a bit rebellion, the cells were broken and he escaped in the chaos
- Being so beat and hurt, he ended up camping out in a cave. Surviving off bugs and grass
- Hoping to find his people again, he started towards the mountains and met some monks
- Monks let them into their lives, spends a few months with then. He eventually ran off though as he felt like a bother to them and didn't want to get them involved in anything.
- by luck, he stumbled a abandoned mine and decided he'd search it. He found Drake during this time (or more so Drake found him, as he startled Tay and Tay agreed he'd take the cloak with him and be his traveler

Extra Information
- His cloak is sentient, and often speaks to him both telepathically or out loud (his name is Drake). He seems quite kind to Tay but they don't always get along due to his blunt attitude. It can often be found cooing encouraging words at Tavor however.
- He doesn't like wearing shirts, so he often gets cold if he's fighting with Drake (which is often).
- His ears have a large range of movement, able to perk up like cat ears or droop all the way down. Tay uses this for both expression and to locate noises.
- Tay doesn't like showing his hands, finding them off putting to many and will sometimes act as if he doesn't have arms
- Though his eyes are slitted, they can grow and shrink a small amount depending on his focus and how bright or dark it is. They always remain quite thin compared to a normal eye.
- He has toe beans on the base of his foot, they are the same color as his nipples and inner ears
- His claws stay naturally sharp, both a good and bad thing. He has learned how to be careful with them
- To his species, he's still considered a baby
- His hair used to be long but he chopped a lot of it off so it was easier to see and move about. He has learned some hair styling tips from traveling and keeps his hair rather neat now
Summary
A young and skittish male who lacks self confidence in himself. He's curious but startled easy and spends a lot of his time with his dragons or with books.
