Boop

"Boop" is a shapeshifter who's lived in a facility where he's experimented on for as long as he can remember. The experiment resulted in him gaining telepathic powers that he can't control (they constantly pick up on other people's thoughts). 

The facility was raided and its prisoners released. As Boop had nowhere to go, Remi Fernsby ended up taking him in.

Additional Info:

• He blasts loud music from an MP3 player to try and block the thoughts.
• The effect of the constantly picking up thoughts is basically a psychically induced sensory overload.
• Boop can't remember anything and doesn't know whether he was kidnapped by the facility or an artifical being built by them.
