Zero Qiashen was born and bred in the bright skies of the Aether. Part dragon, part human, they were raised in the life of a perfectly manufactured soldier during the era where land claims were won by wars. With their signature wings and tails, Zero could be described more as a well sought after weapon than that of a soldier.

However, Zero could tell you another thing from their role in these so called ‘wars’. They were constantly trying to run if no eyes were on them, but constantly were pulled back in. It wasn’t until one significant battle where the enemy took advantage of Zero’s dragon appendages…

A moment in time that lasted realistically only a short minute, felt like an agonizing hour to the aether dragon. The base to their wings cracked with the hilt of a blade, giving only a mere chance before Zero’s wings would shatter themselves. Those creatures held up the now damaged weapon before the field, allowing both sides to see the prized aether dragon once more before being thrown into the endless skies. With nothing to hold their wings together, they broke off slowly into pieces, dissolving into space dust as Zero fell into the Overworld’s atmosphere…

Now stuck on the grounds of the everchanging Overworld, Zero finds himself in momentary peace. Finally, away from the terror of the unnecessary battlefield, he’s taken up the job of a well respected cleric in the small village of Elfrea… but who truly knows how long this peaceful change will last.
