Miyu Hayashida is a quiet(ish) first year at Karasuno high. She tries to keep her obsessions, such as anime and volleyball. She almost never gets any sleep, usually due to stress. Miyu doesn't have many friends at Karasuno (note how I only said Karasuno) and prefers to eat her lunch alone. She REALLY hates random people staring at her and will very openly tell the person to stop, also telling people when they should pick up the pace when walking. She is rather good at volleyball, and would like to play professionally one day, however she is way to scared to join any club at the moment. She prefers casual clothes, dressing in the usual jeans and heavy sweater (always has an anime shirt underneath). Her family consists of an annoying irrelevant older brother, a stay at home mom, and a dad who is consistently at his office.
