Design Terms of Use
Characters I have designed have the following rules.
-Characters that have been sold may be sold for the original price plus the value of additional art, traded or gifted
-Characters that have been traded may only be sold if they have additional artwork that was purchased for them. They may also be gifted
-Characters that have been given for free cannot be sold, but can be traded if additional artwork has been added to them.
If you have one of the closed species that I have created:
These characters should not be traded, gifted or sold unless they are voided. The species no longer exists so it would be best to not spread them around as that species. Renaming them as something generic would work.
Please note this does not apply if you intend on keeping the species. You may keep the character as that species if you so desire.
The exception to this rule is the Aritok species. If you have one of this species, please return the character to me if you are planning on trading, selling or giving away the character. There are only three that exist and they should not be floating around in the wild, nor should any more be created.
